Potential new member

I started RC flying about 18 months ago. I have been flying about 5 planes.
Can I come to your bipe-contest and see your field and meet some of your members?
Is that event on July 18? It starts at 10:00, when will it close?
I have driven past your gate several times over the last several months but could never see anyone. I did not want to drive into the farm without seeing someone.
