Is there a heli qualification guide?

Hello - at this time there is not but this is something the board has been working to develop.  Since there isn't an official qual guide, I believe an informal approach would be adequate where you demonstrate basic hovering pointing in and away, and then straight level flight parallel with the runway all while following the proper safety procedures (safe handling of power system; announcing take-off, landing, on-field, etc).
