This is a 70mm SAPAC foamie L-39 with flaps, retracts, and rudder.  Can be flown on 6 channels.  I am moving up to the Habu 32 and selling this excellent jet trainer.

Custom paint and pilots added.  Many reinforcements.  All checked out and flies great.  Does not fly fast (about 50-60mph) so it makes for a great introduction to electric jets.  Flies even slower if the flaps are left down.

Should only be flown off street, but upgraded retracts like the Eflite and bigger wheels will allow grass field use.

Only requires an Rx and 4S 4000mah (20C+) battery.

$95 and includes all servos, ESC, fan and motor installed.

Tony, I think Colin would love this jet as his first. I will take it!

This would be the perfect battery.  It is a 4S 4000mah with high discharge and the correct weight for balance (17 oz battery needed).  A 4S battery is great for Power 32 airplanes too, so you can use it in a lot of electric planes.  I use a pair (2 x 4S) for a big 60 size warbird

Excellent. Let me know when you want us to get the jet. Also, we bought a large jumbo jet, twin engine at the auction but can't get the Rx settings correct. Think you could help?

Thanks,
Gary

I should be able to help set up the transimitter.  What is your Tx?  What Rx is in the twin jet?

We have a  dX6i radio and I tried to use a Rx from a T-28.  The Rx only has one spot for throttle and the jet has two engines with two plugs. It wax on a 2.4 before. As simple as it may seem, over my head right now.
Thanks

If the jumbo jet is the Eflite, the ESC are well matched.  You can just connect the two throttle leads into a "Y" connector and plug into the Throttle slot on the Rx.  This is the same way I do the Twin Otter with no problems.

Also, if you are coming to the May 19th display contest, I will bring the jet.  I will be showing my P-51 with sound system.

Excellent idea, I will pick up a Y connector. I am pretty sure we will be at the event. Thanks for the help!

Gary,
I will be out of town on May 19th.  Now that the field is open, I will be flying this weekend.  If you go to the field, let me know, and we can coordinate a drop off.

Tony,
I forgot, I am taking tomorrow off (Thursday) and if you are around could get the Jet. We are going away for the weekend but should be coming back sometime Sunday so maybe Sunday afternoon or Monday. I know it's a Holiday so if you have plans we can catch up later. Thanks!

Gary,
We can hook up sometime.  Sunday evening or Monday evening would be fine.  I will call to verify.
