Here is the schedule of events for Westfield HS. If you see an area you're strong in, please feel free to volunteer. Remember this is the first time these guys are building the gliders.

The classes are as follows:

3rd period:  9:08 – 10:57

5th Period:  11:05 – 1:07 class (Lunch between 12:05 and 12:35)

The idea is we'd show up at 9:00am and meet in the classroom.

Week 1 - April 2nd
Building Orientation. Basically going over wood, the kit, glue, and talk about general building

Week 2 - Spring Break

Week 3 - April 14th and 16th
Begin the tail assembly. This must be complete by the 16th
On the 16th we'll begin Fuselage assembly

Week 4 - April 20th, 22nd, and 24th
Finish Fuse by the 22nd, Begin the inner wing sections
Both inner wing sections must be complete by the 24th

Week 5 - April 28th and 30th
Begin outer wing sections on the 28th and complete by 30th

Week 6 - May 4th, 6th, and 8th
Entire wing must be complete by the 4th. Tail covering on the 6th and complete by the 8th. Begin Fuse covering on the 8th.

Week 7 - May 12th and 14th
Fuse must be covered by the 12th. Attach the finished tail and fuse together on the 14th

Week 8 - May 18th, 20th, and 22nd
Cover wings on the 18th and complete covering on the 27th. Makeup day on the 22nd.. If everyone is on time then it's a pizza party!

Week 9 - May 27th and 29th
Complete all covering by the 27th. Begin pushrod rigging and installing radio equipment on the 29th

Week 10 - June 2nd and 4th
Aircraft complete (RTF) including balance and trim. Begin flight testing on the 4th if weather permits

Week 11 - TBD
Test flights of gliders if weather permits

Week 12 - TBD
Last day of School June 18th

Scott, I can do 5th period on the following days:
April 2, 16, 22, 30 (switched 22 from 24 due to conflict)
May 8, 14, 22, 29
June 4
