I have been using hobby king/city for buying parts and electronics in the past. Here recently the last 2 orders that I put in have been extremely horrible incidents. Now I'm not talkin about taking long time for shipping like most complaints. Im talkin about disrespect. And not acting on theyre issues.

I ordered all the gear for my deuce wild from HK. I am new to the hobby and HK. So I added all the parts I needed instock and not. After a week of the back order not being in . I contacted them and asked if they could send me the instock items . And I would pay extra , and extra shipping. HK's response was are you ready to make up your mind and if I wanted to cancel the order. It was like I wasted my time typing in all the info explaining what I wanted and that I would pay more!! Then out of no where she asked to cancel my order. At the time I said sure. 8 days later. My 400 was never refunded. They wouldnt respond, to me or paypal. So paypal turned them off. Within 2 hours of that I was refunded in full.

Last saturday I thaugth well, lets give the new USA warehouse a try, something is weird in hong kong. Ill order some batteries like I have in the past with no problems. These were instock usa of course. And still no shipping of instock in the usa order. I payed extra for ups expedited too. And yet to no avail, no response from the king, I tried everything, then I found out there is a forum .
I explained the situation and the forum admin says, if you want to save money at hobby king , you pays , you take chances. Wow lemme tell ya how impressed I am.
Now this is what it says when I try to log into Hobby king.

Wow, I dont care how cheap it is . it can be free and I wouldnt use these slimy distributors. Something is wrong with HK. Dont recommend using for a while, and for me never.
I am being punished for being a customer. I have found that there is 2 distributors on ebay, which deal with almost same product line. Same price and 1 has usa stock with guaranteed purchases!  1 uses turnigy and the other uses hyperion.
Is hyperion a worthy product / compared to turnigy. They cost about 5 more and the parts are in the usa with out all this bs.

Hobby King is hit and miss to be honest. I've found you NEVER buy backorder products unless you want to wait for a VERY slow boat from China. If it's not in stock I'll set an alert for the product and wait until its in stock. My last order from HK took about 3 weeks to get here. Then again it was a bunch of LiPo batteries that had to be shipped via ground. Otherwise non-exploding items like motors and speed controls usually get here within a week.

Someone suggested HobbyPartz.com which is the same gang that brings you NitroPlanes and xHeli.com. Although HK has recently opened a warehouse here in the US, so it'll be interesting to see how things pan out..

thanks scott. I just wanted to let the club know it isnt the shipping im mad at its the disrepect. I am business owner myself as you guys know. I bend over backwards and do absolutely anyhting for my customers. And yes sometimes it is hard and it isnt always my fault. But you got to suck it up and grow up. I work very hard for my reputation and dont get anyrest sometimes. This is why it burns me soo bad. I raised for the work hard play hard philosophy. And sometimes ethics include working hard.
I'll get over it
I always do
Just wanted to club to know, the usa warehouse clearly isnt ready.
